SlingSwift Affiliate Program Terms of Service

These Affiliate Program Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your participation in the SlingSwift Affiliate Program (“Program”). By applying for or participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. SlingSwift reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the Program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

1. Account Terms

• You must be at least 18 years old to participate in the Program.
• You must be a real person. The use of bots, automated accounts, or other automated methods to operate your Affiliate account is not permitted.
• You must provide accurate and complete information requested by SlingSwift.
• You may maintain only one Affiliate account per person or entity.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password and for all activity conducted through your account.
• You may not use the Program for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You may not purchase SlingSwift products through your own Affiliate Links or otherwise use your own referral links to earn commissions on your own purchases.

2. Affiliate Links and Promotional Materials

Each Affiliate may receive a unique affiliate code, tracking link, banner, or other promotional materials provided by SlingSwift (“Special Link”). SlingSwift may modify or replace promotional materials from time to time.

Affiliates may use their Special Links on websites, social media, content platforms, paid advertising campaigns, or other lawful promotional channels to generate referrals and sales.

Special Links should direct customers to the applicable SlingSwift product or website page. Commissions are available only for qualifying purchases that are properly tracked through a valid Special Link.

3. Referral Fees and Commissions

You will earn a referral commission for eligible purchases made by customers who access SlingSwift through your Special Link and complete a qualifying order within 30 days of clicking the Special Link.

Commissions are credited only when the purchase is properly tracked through a valid Special Link. Purchases that are not tracked through a valid Special Link are not eligible for commission.

SlingSwift reserves the right to review and disqualify commissions resulting from fraudulent, illegal, misleading, or otherwise abusive activity.

4. Commission Threshold and Payment

Affiliate commissions must reach a minimum balance of $20 before payment can be requested.

Once your available commission balance reaches $20 or more, please contact SlingSwift customer service to request payment. All commission payments are subject to manual review and approval by SlingSwift. After approval, SlingSwift will arrange payment using an available payment method agreed upon with the Affiliate.

Commissions that have not yet reached the $20 minimum balance will remain pending until the threshold is reached.

5. Identifying Yourself as an Affiliate

You may identify yourself as a SlingSwift Affiliate when promoting SlingSwift products. However, participation in the Program does not create a partnership, joint venture, agency, employment, or other formal business relationship between you and SlingSwift.

6. Customer Purchases

A customer who purchases products through an Affiliate's Special Link will be considered a SlingSwift customer and will be subject to SlingSwift's applicable purchasing, shipping, return, refund, and other customer policies.

SlingSwift determines product pricing, availability, promotions, and other sales terms. Affiliates may promote SlingSwift products and use approved product information, but SlingSwift does not guarantee that product prices or availability will remain unchanged.

7. Affiliate Responsibilities

Affiliates are responsible for their own websites, content, promotional materials, advertising campaigns, and other promotional activities.

Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that their promotional activities, Special Links, and content comply with applicable laws, regulations, advertising requirements, privacy requirements, and third-party terms.

Affiliates must ensure that promotional content is accurate, truthful, appropriate, and does not infringe the rights of any third party.

8. Compliance with Laws

Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when participating in the Program, including applicable advertising, marketing, privacy, disclosure, and electronic communications laws.

9. Term and Termination

Your participation in the Program begins when SlingSwift accepts your application and continues until terminated by either party.

Either you or SlingSwift may terminate participation in the Program at any time by written notice. Upon termination, you must stop using SlingSwift Affiliate Links, trademarks, logos, banners, and other promotional materials provided by SlingSwift.

SlingSwift may suspend or terminate an Affiliate account if it determines that the Affiliate has violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent, illegal, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate activity.

10. Relationship of the Parties

Affiliates participate in the Program as independent contractors. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, employment, or other similar relationship between SlingSwift and an Affiliate.

Affiliates do not have authority to act on behalf of SlingSwift or make commitments, representations, or agreements on behalf of SlingSwift.

11. Limitation of Liability

SlingSwift will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of revenue, profits, data, or business arising from or related to participation in the Program.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SlingSwift's total liability arising from or related to the Program will not exceed the total referral fees paid or payable to the Affiliate.

12. Disclaimers

The Affiliate Program and its related materials are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. SlingSwift makes no express or implied warranties regarding the Program, including its availability, continuity, accuracy, or freedom from errors.

SlingSwift does not guarantee any particular level of traffic, referrals, sales, commissions, or earnings through participation in the Program.

13. Independent Operation

Affiliates acknowledge that SlingSwift may operate other marketing channels, solicit referrals through other sources, and work with other Affiliates or promotional partners on different terms.

Each Affiliate is responsible for independently evaluating the Program and determining whether participation is suitable for them.

14. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

SlingSwift's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

These Terms, together with any applicable Program policies or instructions provided by SlingSwift, constitute the entire agreement between SlingSwift and the Affiliate regarding participation in the Program.
